We are now offering addiction counseling, home assessments, transportation services for youth or children in care, substance abuse treatment and prevention, anger management, and family/domestic violence prevention programs.

Founder’s Background

Dr. Tobias MWANDALA, Ph.D., RSW

Dr. Tobias is a Registered Social Worker in Alberta. He is principal/lead psychotherapist and consultant with T Counseling Inc. He has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Prince Edward Island. A Master of Social Work (MSW) graduate from the University of Calgary, Canada. Has a Certificate in Public Leadership and Leading Nonviolent Movements for Social Progress from Harvard Kennedy School, Cambridge, Massachusetts. Tobias earned a doctorate (Ph.D.) in education from Northcentral University, United States of America. Dr. Tobias is committed to advancing the welfare of children and families. He was an orphan at an early age. He was raised by a Scottish-Canadian Missionary in Prince Edward Island. Dr. Tobias’ calling to help others was realized when he worked with other Indigenous orphans in group homes; that is when he decided to be a social worker.
