Consulting or counseling services are charged on hourly basis.

Clients with Insurance Coverage (Extended Healthcare Benefits) and Direct Billing to Insurance Companies.

We do not do direct billing to your insurance companies. We offer receipt(s) as proof of your fee payment. You can use this document to claim your insurance coverage–if you have insurance that cover the services we provide.

Important: You need to find out from your insurance companies about your coverage whether they cover counseling/psychosocial/therapy services provided by T Counseling Inc. or per assigned counsellor’s qualifications.

Appointment Cancellations:
A 24-hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment is required. Cancellations/reschedules without this notice are subjected to $170 fee.
